ahh finally something im good at. LETS see.. if you follow @pat's sheet. u should find what kind of training affect what kind of ATTRIBUTE, the main forus here is to decide which kind of attribute you want to train. for example, if you would choose to train more of shots you should train the following. shots on goal x2, attacking headersx2, crossing the ball x2. the down side however is this will easily neglect attributes such as speed and dribbling which is essential for proper LF/RF growth.. The key here is to set a time frame to train a certain ATTRIBUTE such as SHOTs for the first month then mayb dribblings for the following.. this way the player will grow into the sort of player to your liking I.E balanced attributes or 99shots ![]() lastly, when your players can seen to train at all.. like gaining +0.05 . Thats the time to start some Penalty shots training for 2 or 3 weeks or so just to shoot there avg up ^_^ |
