 Hi guys, I'm not sure to make a report against a manager.
By message, he told me to accept my offer for 2 players than he changed his mind and said that I have to wait to win the auction. So I answered him to rejects my offers because there was a misunderstanding and he went offline. I have all the messages saved as a proof that I'm not lying. 		03/02/2013 11:30

What happens when a manager doesn't accept nor reject an offer? In that case you can't use the money? 		03/02/2013 13:21
