Hi, Is there a secret of the sort to have better coaches? i keep checking every day to hire a better one, but it never happens, not even close to the coaches i have. main 87% junior 79% Now questions, do you have better chances when you are in a higher league? should i train them or just hold on? i am asking because i have been in the same league for a very very long time, and i can not find anything better. |

Pure luck. Just keep taking a look at the available ones until you see a better one. You can make courses as well, but paying golden balls.. Moved to Doubts and questions. |

Save a fair amount of cash, fire and hire till u get a 90 coach or junior coach or whatever staff u looking for. By then you can start using GBs and train them.. after a few weeks of training the 90+ staff. Taadaa. 99% staffs. easy. |

One think to note on using GB to increase coach, each degree raises 2% and each subsequent degree takes longer to complete. after 3-4 degrees its around 3 weeks if i remember correctly. | 08/02/2013 03:09 |

It took me 10 days of regular searching for a better couch. I didn't play the hire and fire game. It is very simple. Go to your staff page and take the Hire button in new tab. There you will see the available people, hire if the better one. close the window if not, and repeat the process in every 5 mins or so. It worked me in 2011, now I don't know the status |
