 Peter . i think he meant experience of players. Player experience increase is affected by ALOT of factors.

Such as Position of player, Minutes played in a game, Rating he goes each game, MVP also. I am just stating the major factors..

But generally, if u dont sub a player out of a game (plays full 90minutes ) he will have a higher rating at the end of the match . This way experience gains the fastest.

If u are asking about manager experience, this is easier. The more GOALS u score, the higher the experience. So keep scoring
