senior training so arrange your senoir team training schedule acc to the promoted juniors.
like when i temp. promote my LM/RM i arrange sprint2x and crossing the ball for those 3 days(72 hrs).
that benfits my jnr. LM/RM as well as my senior LF/RF/CF .
