Why with some juniors u have to pay like 5M per week to get release clause of 4M ? Is that somehow connected to something... Maybe when trying to hostile ( because I havent done many) , I had few and it wasn't so unreasonable every time So are there any rules or its random ? |

Players have a hidden attribute - fidelity - that determines their salary to clause ratio. The higher the fidelity, the lower you need to pay to keep the release clause high. Player average also has an affect on that ratio, typically players with low average require more salary to keep their clauses high. | 14/02/2013 01:43 |

ah ha i begin to understand this now thanx - 18 months in lol i have lots to learn still so really i want a 1st team full of high fidelity players with their high averages so for menow nearing div 2 level i see its something i am gonna need to keep eye on it would be painful to have a team of 85+ players and paying them all 2m /week each i do try to keep my wages low whilst making their hostiles high enough to replace like for like if i lose them |

The best way to get the lowest salary/ highest clause ratio is to buy your players as promotable juniors, then when you promote them give them a salary that will raise their clause for the long term. Especially if you are training them. After a season in Seniors you will find that ratio halve should you try to resign again so it's better to have a high salary now then then later ![]() |
