 Please how can a manager calculate or how does the team assessment was determine?

 its the average figure of all the players ratings in there last game.

You cant calculate it. Your team assesment is just like what lenick said. Your average rating of your players from the last game ( in game rating )
while your opponent's rating is his last in-game rating of his players. You can also check by checking the line up of the previous game of you and your opponent. 		19/02/2013 21:30
