^ agree! May be they can code in such a way that MVP of the game is awarded to the best player of the winning team with 0.9 probability and the losing team with 0.1. And regarding selecting the player, they can choose the best one who played more than his average. |

If Messi scores two goals he might not get man of the match because its not a crazy remarkable performance for him, but if Gervinho goes for two he'd probably get it because he's not really expected to do that. (He'd be playing well above his average where Messi would be only slightly above.) |

MVP award always goes for a high average player. If you have a 50 team average but you play against a 70 average team, maybe you'll never win this award, although you win 7-0. | 25/02/2013 09:52 |
