Just move on the market and sign 50-average player. They are really cheap. The second part is to work on your youth square. Hire a 90% trainer, plan your trainings better and improve then to 50 or 60. The ones who train less, to the market. With that money, you improve your senior square or hire better youths. The third part is to work your tactic, move your players all around the field by moving the ball in every little square of the field (in case you didn't know this). Good luck +3 and don't promote player from youth squad until they have yellow P icon, you would be losing a significant avg. by doing it.  Best of Luck |

no one has the key to the tactics. At least, none of us. If it were like that, we would win every match and would be perfect . In the Spanish version, in 4th division with a 90-average team, I'm only three points over the relegation zone. If I had the key, I'd be fighting for the promotion, at least. But everyone who needs an advice, can get in touch with me through private message. |
