 it should be 100% excellent schools, and there are five of them... still its random, you can even get better players at 80% schools than that of 100% schools, its luck 24/02/2013 11:39

 Please read all of the faqs and tutorials section at the top of this forum. Most is not all of your questions are already answered in detail.

Also, schools are a waste of money for division six. You'd be better off spending your money on your stadium bu building pro and vip seats.
