if you temp promote players and dont play/start there last game they will have lower motivation. and from what i can see from todays training everything looks right to me  81 prog trained highest, the the lower motivation players trained in order of prog also. |

i said he was temp promoted of friday so he went back to your junior team on monday after your monday game, as he didnt start that game his motivation dropped for monday nights training and tuesday nights training, but as he started wednesdays game you can see his training is better than the other two. situation resolved | 28/02/2013 01:48 |

best time to temp promote is tuesday after the time that your regular league games are on, then if he starts for seniors on friday he will be 160% motivation on friday night saturday night and sunday night |
