Hi Can anyone explain the difference in release clauses for players? this is especially for the new juniors out of school eg i have seen a junior CF 14yrs with clause of around 30,000 and for some others it might be 1 mil or so So is it dependent on the progression of players? because all the juniors have same salary of 250 just out of school |

It's not dependent on the progression, it's dependent on an unknown value called fidelity, which is independent from any other factors. | 27/02/2013 21:39 |

some players you just have to pay more then others. If you want to keep RC down, when you promote a junior, set his RC as high as you think anybody would hostile him in 7 seasons (keep training in mind) as fidelity is highest then. If you were to re-sign him the next day after promotion, his RC would be half of what it was coming out of promotion even with same salary. | 27/02/2013 21:50 |

As soon as as you resign them, With the (r) then the can't be be taken by anyone. However there have been a couple of times that id wished id resigned for 200k per week when they are young. | 27/02/2013 21:56 |
