Hello, I want to know how to increase the point of my senior and youth team coaches...My senior and youth team coach points are 81 and 89 respectively and this has hindered my chances of promotion because i keep on producing average players. I can't buy golden balls because i'm in Nigeria. So can someone please suggest to me any other means of increasing their points? |

Those are actually pretty decent coaches, and your coach % doesn't have as much to do with producing good players as finding players with high progression does. Players with good progression (75 and up) will train well and can get up to high average faster than other players. But, if you want to increase your coach percentage without GB's there are a few ways: 1. Pay game money to increase them (this costs a lot of cash and I don't recommend it) 2. Constantly look at the available coaches and if you see a good one, buy it. 3. Play coach roulette (You buy and fire cheap coaches until you find one that is the average you want. You want to set a $ amount you're willing to spend on this and when you hit that you stop, it can be risky because you might not be able to find any good coaches.) |

u can buy GB and increase ur coach percentage also 89 is good , u can increase him with GB and in game cash the 81 one is acceptable , but better find a coach with 89+ rating and increase him |

Grantis came up with an FAQ, I'll ask him what happened to it. Basically if you say I'll spend X million, and I won't buy a coach with more than Y weekly salary, you can come out on top, as long as you're willing to hold onto a bad coach for a little bit till you can try it again. |

look in staff every time u on - check every 15 mins as list will refresh it will take imo 2 weeks (20-40 refresh checks imo per day) |
