This isn't going to be long and I want opinions. The set pieces in this game are abysmal.Honestly, I can deal with only forwards taking FKs,OK,but my main gripe are the corner kicks? The dev's should have fixed this long ago, the corners are useless and really there just to be there. Also,a heading stat should be introduced.Its one of the basic fundamentals of futbol,yet heading in this game looks like a retarded penguin trying to do jumping jacks.WTF????? This should tie in to the corner kicks suggestion,and makes perfect sense. Why is there a skill for aerial ability but no stat to back it up????? Whatev... Few seasons ago, i scored a lot of goals through corners.. probably 1 in every 3 corners... now in 3 seasons i have seen maybe 2-3 goals scored. I hear you sender. +1. Devs: please add to suggestion list with high priority. |

I agree. If there was a heading skill, then people would be able to focus on aerial play and header training. You can actually somehow tweak your player positions in advanced formations to make use of corners. For example: http://en.strikermanager.com/partido.php?id=11387132&accion=simul&turno=14162 Obviously it's not a header goal, but corner kicks are able to be made useful IF you position your players correctly. I've had header goals in the past and so have other managers as well. All you have to do is play them right. It would add a new dimension if FKs were more accurate though. Let's say a spot kick from 30 yards out to your striker in the box who heads it in goal would be nice, or just more control when your players jump up for the ball once in a while. |
