It gets frustrated when I receive the message "If you don't pay me right now I am going to stop working" after working for 3 days. He already stopped working and he gives a message as "I am going to stop working". That doesn't make any sense. Also even if he stopped working, he should resume his work from where he left. Why is he redoing everything? Why don't he collect the fee earlier just like real doctors do? | 11/03/2013 06:57 |

I don't understand your stance. But if I may add, there should be a bulk amount deducted at the beginning of a season, so whether managers are in debt or not, they would still do their duties, having being paid in bulk at the beginning of the season. |

The entire point of being in Red is lost if you pay bulk amount in the beginning of the season. The system warns you repeatedly that you are in red and you need to be back in positive balance before 2 weeks. Staff striking work is one of those ways. |

which brings me to the point.... why are we paying these guys so much money, first, they are already commanding high salary, which gets deducted whether or not one uses them. second, if they treat any patients, they charge more.... hellllooooo, they are docs, not taxman. Some additional charges i can understand, maybe the patient requires medications and other consumables.... but the amount they keep on charging everytime is ridiculous. I demand to see a more itemized bill. The whole thing makes me think that the healthcare system in SM is completely broken and capitalized like the American system. I am left aghast at such costs. All of you who want this to change, raise your hand o/ or \o (depending on whether you are left/right handed). |
