Staff training is almost essential to do well. 99 coaches and a 99 scout the most important imo. To achieve this without training them with GB is almost impossible. Other things that GB are useful for include 'Injecting' - where you want to instantly heal a player with 2 or less injury points, 'Recovery' where you add 2 points of recovery to a player in addition to what your doctor provides. This is great if you have a 9-10 week injury, with an 80+ doctor it's very possible to heal a player with a 10 point injury in 4 days. 'Appealing', where you remove a red card ban on a player. I spend GB on all of these, and it's good to have a little extra GB lying around just in case your best player gets injured for 10 weeks and you have some must-win games coming up. |
