Draw back is they'll be gassed out at the end of the game and it takes up a lot of stamina away. positives are that they play to their fullest for the game. It's better to go 70% first half then 100% second half | 21/03/2013 19:30 |

Bad thing if you play100 all game is that you will lose 25 stamina and since you only gain ten per day you won't regain all of it back it time for next game sometimes. Kkii's suggestion is decent enough  |

The best thing so far I experienced is the advance formation. You can use different effort level at different situation of the game. I start with 100 and reduce to 70 if I have 2 goal difference and 50 if have 3 game differences. However the drawback of this is if you are playing with an equal team, or unable to score according to the condition set, your players will use the 100 till the end | 22/03/2013 10:46 |

be gr8 if in game sim it would tell you what tactics you are using so we can be sure of tactic changes when i muck around with it sometimes they fail to implement  my 1st x3 loses were due to players on temp promo not being subbed off at start of game then the forth game i lost was my fault - 0 % effort once 3-0 up = i lost 4-3 lol so beware :S |
