 Does a scout find all the available players, or does he find more/better players depending on how good a scout he is? 05/04/2013 20:08

 some say better scouts dont get more hits just that they do it quicker, as someone who has tried many scouts i found..

yes better scouts do find more players and quicker too. However each scout will only search about half the teams in game
so u need to do some manual searches too from the league pages 		05/04/2013 22:43

 well its my theory taken from other simular games that our scouts dont search 100%

else having a 99% scout would give u 99% results

when i had 99% scout i notice he miss lots of players he should have picked up that i already had on my short list from my manual searches
