Hi im inteerested in finding out what sort of level some managers have their coaches and junior coach. if you could comment with your division and the level of your coach and junior coach if you want. I also would like to find out if it's worthwhile me paying with gb to train my coach or junior coach, as I dont know whats a high level. my coach is at 84 and im in division 6 |

99 sr, 99 jr. I used a combination of in-game money and golden balls to raise their level. Increasing your coach's % (probably you jr coach, if you're forced to choose one over the other), is one of the better tasks. Provided you have good progression players. Else it's a waste. There's no point in having 99 coaches with 40 progression players, as an example. If you're planning on playing for awhile and are acquiring good progression juniors (and probably seniors), then yes, it is worth the investment. People prefer to loan players to managers with high rated coaches also. |

I wouldn't start spendig GB until I would get 90% coaches, so that it's possible to get to 99%. I have to 92% coaches. |

I worked out the math awhile ago. Here's the post: http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=285663 Bottom line is that unless you plan on using GBs to do courses, you're better off just paying the higher salaries and not worrying about training your staff. |
