After Brazil and England (brezzette, @FC ubuntu) won the first season of the SM world cup (feel free to give another name) it is time for the second season. http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=317026&inicio=0 Just like last season every country will have 2 teams. Please only enter once you have a partner...preferably look for someone from your country and only team up with another country if there is really no one else. To enter you will need a team with 60+ average. Every round will be scheduled with "cup fixture generator" http://www.daftlogic.com/projects-cup-fixture-generator.htm. If we can get 32 countries (64 managers) we will have group stages with top 2 moving on after 3 games played. It will all be played on tuesday and thursday. Group stages will be set with Random.org The cup will happen during the month of June with scheduling starting around the last week of May . You can play friendlies anytime but DO NOT schedule anything for the month of June once you've entered The cup will start at around round 4 of striker cup so there won't be many of you in striker cup which is perfect. But how will the world cup work? The teams representing your country play the two teams from the other country on the decided day. One country will get the advantage of choosing which member plays who. The country who gets to choose will be decided randomly . To win a round, one of the following things must happen: 1.)If your country wins both games you get win. (3pts in group stages) 2.)If your country only wins one and draws the other one you also win. (3pts in group stages) 3.) If you country wins one and loses one, the country who scores most goals goes through (in group stages they win). If the same number of goals are scored from both countries then the team who scores the fastest goal gets his country through (During group stages it is a draw) 4.)If both games turn out to be draws the country with the fastest goal is through. During group stages it is a draw. 5.) If no goal is scored in any games then penalties are counted unless it is during group stages, then it's a draw. P.S: DON'T count penalties except for point 5 and all games in BETA friendly If you are still in the Striker cup while your country is meant to play you can either find a replacement or have your partner play 1 on 1 with your opponent if they agree. Otherwise you will have to forfeit your game and hope your partner smashes your opponent. You can decide now and tell me by message or decide right before you schedule your game. You can schedule whenever you want and don't worry, I will remind everyone by message before the competition starts to schedule their games.
