I think 50%. Which is why it's best to start the temp promoted jr on Friday, so he has 150+% motivation for the weekend. | 12/04/2013 14:57 |

OHhh, I misread what you were saying - I thought you temp promoted on like Tuesday so your jr would receive 3 days of 150+x% motivation. If he's not starting, I think it's the normal sr motivation amounts - so like 75+x or 50+x. Then again, I don't really know for sure - I don't temp-promote without starting the player. To me it's a waste of training. |

motivation x coach % x training value=amount of training. If you had a player with 100% motivation, and a 99 coach, then your player would train at the full amount they could possibly be trained at with a specific training. |

If you temp. promote a player and play him in substitutes he will have the regular ~75% motivation. If you play him as a starter (even if you sub him after a few minutes) he will get a 25% boost to ~125%. When a junior player starts a game, and then returns to the junior team, he will be given a bonus 25% on top of that and remain at ~150% until your next league match. Since there are no junior PL games, it is ofte suggested that you temp. promote tuesday afternoon so you can have Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night at 125% and Friday, Saturday, Sunday night at ~150%. | 13/04/2013 03:56 |

imo temp. promotion shoud be done on tuesday and should be after the time when your normal league is played. if your league game is played at 1 pm on monday,wed. and friday then temp. pro. should be on tuesday after 1:30 pm. |
