This is great! I have substitutes, I reserves and I fired now the second player that refuse to dissapear from the "Match Line up" and now Ladies and Gentlemen it is only 9 players in the Match Line up??? Still, in my settings I have 11 Men... I will see when the match starts tomorrow if anything chnages? If not I will not waste more time here. |

Do you use a PC or a mobile phone? Are you actually placing players into the empty spots in your lineup? If you are on mobile, try clicking the "automatic" button. That's the only way I've found to fill empty spots on my lineup when using mobile. If you are on a PC, are you sure you are clicking save after you set your lineup? Sabre, that's brilliant. I've struggled on mobile before when temp promoted juniors return to my junior team. It's so simple it's brilliant  Can't believe I didn't think about that.Still learning new things on SM everyday. Cheers, Plenty |

My pleasure  It really bothers me that setting the lineup on mobile is not very easy. I try to avoid it if I can. To add to my comment, if you have pack manager, make sure you click automatic twice so it doesn't stay activated. |

Hi, Yes, I have done all that. I use the PC and no matter what I do I cannot fill the empty spaces? If it is not working before this game I am off from here, not worth to put time on to try to get players in teh team, it is such a basic error. Keep Well |

This may sound silly, but hear me out. Of all my time in this game, I have never heard of anyone having this issue, and certainly not for such a prolonged time. Though it could be a bug, I think that it is most likely something on your end because you are the only one to have mentioned it. This is -by far- the best football manager game on the internet, and I would hate to see you miss out on it for such a negative first impression. In order for us to help you, then, we have to be able to better pin point your problem. I know that saying "my line-up doesn't work" is clear, but it doesn't tell us what you are seeing exactly and what you have tried so far. If you can paint us a better picture of EXACTLY (screen shots are best, if possible) what you do from logging in, to putting your line-up in, maybe the more experienced managers and admins will be able to help? |

Thanks all for advices. They fixed it, it was just something that did not wok. Fortune it worked for my last two games. I have now managed this team for only 4 matches so we are catching up. The matches they played before my time was not good but we are mid table now so we will get to the top perhaps next season. 8- 0 in the latest game was an indication what we will be able to achieve.
