I find that their response time ranges depending of the nature and severity of the questions raised to them. I think your best bet is to contact an admin and have them remind the developers of your request. |

It is really a matter of preference, as all of the admins have contact with the developers through the same medium. Have you dealt with one in the past before? If so, their familiarity with you might be of benefit...realistically, most of them are quite willing to help. | 22/04/2013 15:12 |
