Tactics are very difficult to do on the mobile version. If you can get to a computer, there are a few things that you can do to try and limit your offsides. 1. Move the red line down/back on your tactics page. 2. Try to keep your forwards behind the ball, as much as possible, in the offensive zone and behind the halfway line when the ball is in your own zone. |

In theory, any players you keep below the ball will stay behind the ball when it is in that position, and thus, be onside. If you combine this with a lower red tactic bar, your forwards will rarely go offside. I find this is most important in the top three rows, but it depends on how high your opponent plays. If they play a very high line, you might want to carry the rule across the entire opposition's half. Offsides will never be eliminated, only reduced...keep that in mind. |
