Prior seasons to this one, everytime i temporary promoted a player this will gain a +1 on his average. This year that is not happening. Is this happening to you as well? Thanks |

are u talking about a visual bug? or is it that u were increasing temp promo averages by +1 each promo because as players get older there progress does slow so getting +1 every time is harder |

i dont think u fully understand the game there has been absolutely no change in the training aspect of this game as i said b4 as players get slower in progress the older they get i see your youth team today trained at about 0.300 each player - temp promos give 160% motivation - this is a 60% boost over 2 or 3 days so they will train at about 0.500 per day its not the game its your perception of it |

u need to read the faq section to make temp promo max your training u need 1.coaches x2 good as poss - pref both 99% 2.align your training so that the 2 players (its a limit of 2 a time) will benifit from the training for each day they in senior squad and then align the youth training on thier return for as many days until the next league games played (3 is max) 3. time temp promo's for tuesdays after league game finished - this way they return friday and will recieve 166% motivation fri,sat and sun  4, u can do 1 extra 3 day motivation boost if at end of season u time them to return on tues 5. temp promo button is found in any youths players drop down menu 6. oh and make sure your temp promo players start all senior games - i pull them off after 15mins (beggining of 1st half subbing is bugged and tempremental) |
