I want to know if bunch of players..which're giving equal training session, playing time, position, all sort of thing.. (minus MOTM).. but different amount of salary.. should all of them will develope equally or the higher salary player will develope faster?

I see most of the teams had very high salary player..including junior players..esp. in the higher div. But some of it, not. I understand that somehow it 'll prevent the player from being stolen by other team.

In real... money does really matter but since this is a game.. does it?

Players with a higher salary are generally high progression players. Hence the managers keep the release clause of these players higher than market price to either avoid them getting hostiled or even if they get hostiled they have a good profit from them. 04/05/2013 07:34

Means higher salary will bring faster progression or not? 04/05/2013 13:55

No...higher salary only increases the release clause of the player. 04/05/2013 14:01

How much you pay your players will not impact their forecasts or progressions. It will impact whether or not another team will steal them from you. 04/05/2013 14:12
