Should the Technical Director and Scout have a search criteria option, to filter out players on teams of inexperienced managers?

-- Idea: Add a filter in search criteria to remove players from inexperienced managers. Why: To make players from scout and technical director more available. -- Hey! So, similar to many other managers, I use my scout and technical director to find new additions to my teams! Often times i'll find a bunch of great deals only to figure out, 90% of the players found, are owned by inexperienced users on SM. This of course, is not their fault. So-- I had the idea that under the search criteria of the scout and technical director, there should be an option to filter all inexperienced managers. ((This filter would be the 8,000 experience points that determines i you have the ability to release clause a player from another manager)) It would save time and the frustration. Simply put; the players displayed would be more available for purchase. I just feel like it would be a good idea to avoid the obstacle. I'm not of any authority to make the change so I was just curious if other managers had the same idea. If anyone has any other ideas or comments, just post your thoughts.
