It clearly shows that 4 players out of position in the starting 11 hence you have a few players at 26% motivation and one at 56%. One player in subs is missing so there are 6 instead of 7 players that you can keep. This mess happens only when you start farming players. You really need to be careful of where you place them and how you use them. There is no bug its just you mistake of putting the players in proper positions. |

When you promoted and sold the following player it messed up your line up http://en.strikermanager.com/inicio.php?accion=/jugador.php%3Fid_jugador%3D10541084 You did not bother to check it even once and adjust players accordingly. All you had to do was adjust the formation and remove the CF position from the formation. Now since you have a CF position in your formation a LF from the subs took its place and started training at 56% motivation. When that happened you were one down in subs so instead on 7 players you ended up with 6 players. Just adjust the formation and line up one more time before tomorrow's game and they should be fixed. Once again there is NO BUG. Its a human error. |

I had a similar issue a couple of seasons back where my subs were only getting 50% motivation even when I checked that they were on the subs bench. The best way I have found to fix this is to hit the "Automatic" button and then move the players you want playing back into your line up. Oh yeah, and as lucifercave and @illex mentioned don't play people out of position. | 09/05/2013 16:53 |

The way I keep track of my juniors is I have my players I train numbered based on quality, so when I go to set the starting lineup, I put my best 6 players in the starting team, then the next 4 on my bench (along with my loanees), then the rest in the reserves. So when I need to start one of my trainees, it's the worst ones. I've never had a problem when I do it that way. | 09/05/2013 17:34 |
