Several times it has happened that I try to approach a fiscal for some issue and I do not get a response at all. Not at that point and not even later. I understand Fiscals want to preferably respond to only their friends and also that a lot of times they are bored of responding to silly complaints. But I suppose that is the cost at which they take the prefix @ before their username. I would request the Fiscals to be more responsive to fellow managers and help them sort their issues if they are online and not "away from keyboard" " |

I try to respond to every message I get. Sometimes I forget but I think that happens rarely. And I think you're being a little harsh saying "preferably respond to only their friends" as I know most fiscals are happy to help and this is one of the reasons they got the job in the first place.
