I see that when I tried to promote a youngster that doing so may irreparably harm his confidence and ruin him, but I see so many players that have been prematurely promoted so is this true? Is the blow to the confidence just temporary? thanks |

yes premature premotion is a serious problem for a lot of men, its high time we tackle this sensitive issue head on and remove some of the stigma surrounding prem pre (as some of us call it). My hat off to u for being so open  |
