If you play a senior game on, say, Wednesday, and win, he'll get 130%. If you then play a game on Thursday that he doesn't play, he won't retain the 130%. Motivation changes with every game. If he's in your junior squad on the weekend with increased motivation, that won't change until Monday's junior game. |
