Interesting suggestion, and I see what you're getting at, but I don't think this will be popular.
Like many others, I have spent hundreds of millions on my stadium, rather than on my squad. The idea of 'giving' that away to somebody that hasn't spent so much is not very appealing!
Smaller teams still benefit from larger teams visiting, so I don't think this suggestion will be implemented.

you know, this would suck for those div 2 relegated teams that earn 13-14mil from ticket sales with expenses at 40-50m. 16/06/2013 20:52

If we are talking about tickets, it would be better that in cup games the game is always played at the higher division team, if there is one, so both teams make more money, and it would especially help the smaller teams (if they loose, at least they get some money). 16/06/2013 21:36

The key is to raise your ticket prices significantly if you are a div 4 team (for example) playing a div 1 team at your own ground, that way everyone gets more money. I see your point though.

Yes..i see what's your concerning about..but think about when in some time that you may have only one home game in that week.

Anyway...thanks for the replies.. as i thought earlier, this may not be a popular suggestion. Cheers.
