salary, age, average and some fidelity factor ... The only way (that I know of) that users can affect it is by increasing/decreasing salary... Edited by patient 17-06-2013 07:44 |

Each player has an intrinsic "Fidelity" attribute that determines the ratio of Release Clause to their Salary. You can not change this intrinsic value, but this ratio can change over time (i.e. higher salaries required for higher average players, to keep the same Release Clause). Note: The best time to sign players to big contracts is when you promote them...their first senior contract will always garner a much greater Release Clause for a much lower salary then any contract they sign in the future as a senior. |
