 Hi, just found me a junior coach 89% i think is great best i have so far and was going to do a "course" on him to improve, but once i saw the 27mill cost i better be sure it is the right move.

I do have the money but i don't want to waste it.

1) Is 89% high enough to start investing on him? Or should i wait for something better?
2) How many times can i upgrade a staff member.

I do believe i found this somewhere but can't seem to find it now.... Sorry for my poor searching skills.

1. 89% is fine. But I would advise you to do a Degree instead of a Course. (If you do decide to do Courses, then look for a higher coach %)
-Course= +1% whereas a Degree= +2%

 Thank you much, so i can have this up to 99%? i know it would cost a fortune but it's posible.

I don't want to start investing on him and then be stuck at 95 or something. yeah degree would prob be the way to go but im short of $ i got a good amount of in game money.

 each course gets more expensive aswell so it miight be £20 odd mil this time but over £30 mil next time, so bare that in mind how expensive it might be in 3 course time

 Thank you, in your opinion is it worth to start traininga 89%?

So again just wnat to double check... i can do as many courses i need to reach the level i want? there is no limit?

If i get a 50% coach i can make him a 99%...

I understand that i just got an 89% YC, my question is i can send them on a course till i reach 99% right? there is no limit of how many times i can train him.

 There's no limits anymore just each course gets more expensive as you go, if you've got the money then do it.

there is no limit for courses. which u pay your own game money to upgrade. but there is a 5 times limit for degree. which means u can increase coach level by 10% at max with degree. remember that the price increases each time you run a COURSE. so it is 27m for 89 to 90 coach. but from 90 to 91. it may cost another 30m. still i feel it is more worth while to spend GBs on upgrading staff. the 27m can be used to find a better coach by hiring and firing. (i have seen a 95% coach before).

PS : i would advice you to use GB for upgrading a 89 coach . as 27m for a 1% increase in training is not worth it IMO.

Actually you can do as many GB degrees as you want.

XOXO is right, using game money to increase your coach is wasteful. 1% of a coach isn't worth it at all to me. To upgrade from 89 to 99 doing just courses is going to be like 200 million. Money is better spent on players imo. 		19/06/2013 18:04
