Is there any advantage to leaving a junior on the junior squad after he has the yellow P? | 18/06/2013 22:17 |

You can keep a junior in the junior team all the way until he hits 19 years old. Once he hits 19 years old, his progression will start to decrease. If you promote him before the Yellow P, his progression will also begin to decrease in the senior team. | 18/06/2013 22:19 |

Thanks for the answer, but I think I understand that. I meant to ask if there is any advantage to leaving him on the junior squad until he is 19. I mostly ask because in IBM, I heard that leaving a junior on the junior squad develops the player's mental attributes more, so I was wondering if there were any sort of benefits also in SM. | 18/06/2013 22:21 |

it depends if you training the position he plays inn innn the junior squad but not on the senior team, i would keep him until he is 19, and it depends on how good your coaches is, if you say train the same things inn senior and junior squad, but have a 90% inn senior and a 99% coach inn junior i would keep him inn junior, but promoting him will earn him skill points, so if you can promote him and have the same or better training inn seniors i would promote him, as long as you will be using him inn your starting lineup  |

Adding to what peter said, if this players have brain, they won't shot like blind donkeys especially strikers. |
