What I mean is that,when I promote him at junior squad,I gave him 30k,and later I notice the money is too small,so I now increase it to 60k. So the salary now drop down to 20k and the release clause also drop down too. | 19/06/2013 15:17 |

as i said earlier when you promote a junior to the senior squad you only need a small salary for a high release clause. Any resigning after that means you need to pay a much higer salary for a similar or higher release clause. My advice is when you promote a good junior to your seniors give him a high salary so you dont need to change it soon |
