Hi can anyone tell me whats the issue with high leadership ? i see lot of managers posting "no high leadership" thanks EBBA |

Leadership is very easy to train for some positions, particularly LFs and RFs. Penalty shots increases a players overall average by quite a bit for each training, so while a player may look like he's a high average player, his individual attributes, which are most important, are not well balanced. For example, an RF with 90 leadership may show as an 80 overall average, but may be not better from a shots/dribbling/speed/technique perspective than an RF with a 71 or 72 overall average. That being said, high leadership leads to much higher experience growth, which leads to higher skill points. Skill points are very important in the sim, but you need to look at individual stats of a player before buying. Edited by @sabrefan62 19-06-2013 01:14 |
