One thing I have noticed is that say for example your guy is prog 50. When an individual skill gets to nearly 50, then the gains from training start to drop quite dramatically. I now look at prog as the point where individual skills start to be very hard to train. So for me prog 50 on a cf means that up until about 48 shooting they train shooting quite well, after that point they start to drop down to .2 or so for each training session. You can still go above prog, but it takes alot of time. This isn't cannon, its just my take on things. |
