Hi there, today I've noticed that the average of all my players has decreased between 1 and 3 points, no matter if they are in the starting-11 team or substitutes. I have been training them since I joined the team a couple of months ago. What could be the reason? Thanks in advance. |

Your players morale is less that 99. Players average also depends on morale. I suggest that you should hire a PSYCHOLOGIST and make him work everyday to keep players morale high. |
