I've been longing to talk about this... Could it be that there's a way to bid for players outside the game itself? There could be some annoying bidding wars where your rival isn't online, but still, he outbids you...Is some app at work here? #weeping# This ain't funny no more. |

While bidding you get to put a bidding price...AND a maximum bid. As long as no one pays higher than the maximum bid you will always outbid them | 27/06/2013 17:39 |

Can you place a maximum bid to be higher than the normal bid, so that when the rival wants to pass the normal bid, he'd be stopped by the maximum bid? | 27/06/2013 17:58 |

Yes. So lets say you're bidding on player X, you obviously don't want to just bid 50 million straight away if he's on auction for $0, but you are willing to pay 50 million for him. So you put your max bid in for 50, and you're now winning the auction for $0. I want the player too, but I only want to bid 45m for him, so I put my max bid at 45, your bid of 50 is greater than mine, so you've now outbid my 45, and you're winning the auction at 45.01m. |

You winning the bid as long as no one outbid you. All i can say that this system is quite fair though we can see that most of the players are sold overprice. You win some, you lose some. Edited by Kuba Galo 27-06-2013 19:21 |
