 Because he has only one year left on his contract. If you loaned him out, his contract would expire and you'd lose him.

You need to resign him to a new deal with at least two years and then remove the (r) to start the new contract.

You could also put him on direct buy and purchase him to sign him to a new deal. 		27/06/2013 19:35
