Hey! I dont know if others could support this thread...... From IBM SEASON 14 UPDATE==> TO CANCEL LOANS - From next season you will have the chance to get back to your team those loan players that do not train for 10 days straight the possibility of loan players do not train for 10 days straight. You will have to be aware of your loan players because any employee will send you a notice. > If a loan player does not train, the tenth day will appear in the player profile a button to cancel the loan. The owner of the player can get the player back without consent of the manager where the player was loaned. Once the player is completely recovered, he can be loaned again to another team. If this can be implement here aswel,I believe it will be a good improvement |

Miro1234 said: What if he trains at 22%? That is still training in progress. But the idea is good for managers who get cheated on loans. But if the manager is smart enough he will train you player once in 10 days and avoid the option to cancel loan. |

Luci nailed it on the spot. The concept is good, but there is a loophole by having it 10 days. If the manager was smart then he could just train your player every tenth day at a low motivation and just get away with it. That would be taking advantage of a feature. I'm not sure, but if you could find a full proof way then it would be a great feature. I accodentally loaned one of my players to the wrong person, but oh well. |

Not neccesary to train 1/10 days. Players gain 0,001% with some trainings although those trainings aren't good for that position. And you are confused, you can return your player if the other manager doesn't set any trining. Only works if the team where is the loan-in player is an "abandoned team". I think it should rather be connected with the morale of the player. Suggestion, when players moral drops under lets say 50, call back player button becomes available. |

Calling back player based on morale drop is a bit harsh and stupid in my opinion. If a manager loses 1 game the morale drop is between 4-7 points. Lose 7+ games in a row and its down to 50. So if it hits 50 you call back your player since the manager lost games and couldnt run the staff to recover it? Seriously?? Other scenario can be the manager is a red and cant recover stamina and morale and both drop drastically with each passing game. Even though the player is training but since his morale is low, you recall the player? There is never a 100% solution to call back players. If a team goes bot just contact a fiscal he will reset the team and return you back your player instantly but otherwise as discussed above people can get over the restrictions easily.
