How can you increase a player's average suddenly in one season? I have been training my senior and youth team regularly and majority of my players average around 40. However, I have noticed some previous players of mine that where taken either by hostile clause or auction (same characteristics, average 35-43, progress 40-55) suddenly have averages above 70 in their new teams within 1 or 2 seasons. How can I do that? What is the way to improve your players that fast? Cheers |

Thanks for your answer, I do have a follow up question though, My coach is 76% and youth coach is 66%. I cannot hire higher percentage coaches (I am in Division 5). For training I use a routine of working different strength and players at different days, like one day defenders, next day strikers, then goalies. Is that wrong? Shall I train my players only for the desired positions? Cheers |

For juniors, the answer is definitely to pick a position and train only that position. For seniors, most people train only one position and grow the other positions through purchasing players. Some people train multiple positions. I personally train only forwards in both seniors and juniors because my players with the highest progression are forwards. |

Also, you can definitely hire better coaches. It is one of the best investments in the game. If you think about it, if you had an 85% junior coach, your juniors would train almost 30% higher every single day of every season. | 03/07/2013 22:03 |

Another great thing you can do for your youth team that is practically free is to check out public schools in the top 2 divisions. I must have 50 players that are between 75-80 progression, any of which you can message me and say "Can you put this player up for auction?" Then I will...Since you are the person that asked, and no one runs searches for progression < 75, you will get a player that you KNOW the EXACT progression for virtually free, and 0 golden balls...just by asking ![]() This does not mean spam the players. Ask nicely and very specifically for a player. That way I can just put him up without thinking about it. By doing this, you could probably fill your youth squad with 75+ prog players at a particular position at almost no cost within 7-10 days. |

Awesome, thank you very much for your support. I will certainly check the schools and look for future stars of my team. Just a quick question, how can I know if one school is public or not? Cheers |
