A "Course" costs in-game money and increases a staff member by 1% per use. The amount of money it costs increases drastically as you near 99%. A "Degree" costs Golden Balls and increases a staff member by 2% per use. These improvements always cost 100GB, no matter when or how many times they are used. Thus, it entirely dependant upon your situation. 99% is most necessary in your Junior and Senior coach, so I would start there. You will want to keep checking until you find an 89%+ starter staff as to save your money/GBs and minimize the amount of time needed to upgrade. This can be done with constant checking (ever few minutes when you are on) of by hiring and firing staff over and over again until you find one. If you have the GBs, this method is faster. If not, use in-game money earlier and GBs later as this will save you money overall. You can upgrade via either method as many times as you wish. Good luck! |
