If he acually start price higher than the release clause, the system automatically starts the auction at that exact release clause not from $0 as he is complaining. |

It happened for several time when I used mobile, as elfolksy mentioned but never like @bowsey said. If it happens like @bowsey said, then the system got worse than before. Even though I complained this few seasons ago. |

If by some mistake, while entering the numbers in mobile, there is a space between 2 figures, the amount turn to 0. Like in my case, my mobile has auto spacing option. When I tap to enter the number, it automatically enters a space between the numbers I type and the "0" already coming in the box. This result in the starting auction start with 0 rather than the amount I specified.. |

In all occassion that i experience this error, it usually occur when i use Direct Buy option. Despite puting the right amount as start price and Direct Buy, with 48hrs auction, the system starts the auction at $0 with 72hrs without Direct Buy option. Since i never use Direct Buy option, i no longer experience such error. I play this game from mobile phone all the time. |

I placed mind at a price with direct buy also but before thd auction time ended it was bought for a much lower price. And i asked the person who bought it he said it was direct buy | 10/07/2013 20:28 |
