They used their GB to upgrade them.... but having coach of 90+ is possible without the help of GB... Thats if you get lucky to find them available. 11/07/2013 20:57

If you don't know what staff roulette is...

1) Have a good amount of cash that you're willing to waste.
2) Fire current staff member.
3) Look at options:
If they're all horrible, hire the cheapest one there.
4) Fire current staff member.
Look at options again:
If they're all horrible, hire the cheapest one there.
If you find one at least 85%+ (or your preference) then hire that one.

This is very risky as you never if you might find what you're looking for or eventually end up wasting all your money for nothing. Some other people check the staff pages every hour or so when the options refresh in order not to waste money. It's all up to you on how you want to spend your money.

A lot of people settle for finding coaches in the range of 85%+ then either spend GBs on degrees or even cash on them to get them to 100%.

My only change would be to set a limit for yourself...say, you won't hire anyone over $30,000. If they are all over $30,000, come back a little later and try again. That will potentially save you some money so you aren't hiring $100,000 coaches and then paying $200,000 to fire them.

Ahh, thanks for pointing that out @sabre.

If you end up with the three options being all quite expensive to fire, then wait it off for an hour or so until a cheap option pops up or the % you're looking for.
