And open second spot for temp. promotion. Not only that you lose one promotion, but he will train at 50% for the whole weekend because he's injured. Kind of like you lose twice if that happens. And this is becoming usual thing to me. 11/07/2013 20:29

Every time I temp promote two juniors, one always gets injured and receives his 50% motivation on the most important training for my LM/RM.

Agreed. +1

would be difficult to implement though

since a player only gets 2 temp promotes a season, what happens, does he lose that temp promote? if not, then what about if he got injured in the last few hours of being promoted?

i see why youve said it, but im afraid itll never happen

Yes, he lose that temp. promotion, but still leaves space to not be left on 50 motivation for the weekend and opening up another spot to temp. promote that one or another player if you depend on your junior squad. 14/07/2013 15:40

Thanks, to be honest I didn't know that doesn't mess up the motivation. I'll definitely do that from now on.
But there is no guarantee he won't get injured in first 15 mins..

This is out of context for a football game.

Situations are bound to occur and you as a manager have to deal with as it comes, you gain sometimes and other times you loose out of it.

Its all about the decision you have to make, do not shy away from it.

But he is less likely to get injured in 15 min than 90m

Couldn't agree more. We offer you the benefit of increased motivation and it's not good enough?

There is a time tactic that says "beginning of the first half". He doesnt even need to play 15 mins. 16/07/2013 21:50
