Do substitutes have to be placed in any particular order in the line-up? Do injured players get subbed like for like, (or as near as) or do they get subbed for whoever is at the top of your subs list? |

They are subbed for the player who has more average in the position the injured player plays. If a RW is injured and you have in subs a 70 RM and a 80 CDF, the RM will replace him. |
