It could take you a whole season(which is usually 3months), depending. 14/07/2013 00:30

What he means is use your junior team to train a certain position.

For example if you look at ny juniors you will see that I train defenders, LDF CDF RDF. It means I can just choose defensive training for whole season and get their averages up a lot faster than if I trained many positions.

I would not recommend getting 25 similar players though as you need to fill the rest of your lineup.

If you were to choose to train defs I would recommend getting a cheap jnr GK a cheap fwd and a few cheap mids, DFM also train well with defs. Then try get some 80+ prog defs and train them up

I just used defs as an example, forwards and mids are good too, I would advise you not to choose GK LB/RB or LM/RM as they are not good to make money from

You need to start on your juniors soon
It's the key to longterm success

How do I look at your juniors?
I wanted to have a look to see what you meant, but am unsure how to do it.
Can anyone look at anyone else's training schedules etc?
