I believe I'm having a problem with advanced tactics.
I've set player substitutions at some point at any game condition and it's not working. Substitutes are not entering the game. Players are on the bench and tactic is Active. I realized of this issue last week and for the last 4 regular league games substitutions did not work.

Another strange thing is that in some adv. tactics I'm seeing "No change" in the "Tactic" column but in edit mode I see the right tactic to be changed. I'm afraid these ones are now working at all.

Am I doing something wrong? I've been using this feature since I started playing last year and I never had problems until now.
Should I delete everything and create them again?
